About Us

Estelle Kong
Podiatrist
Originally from Mauritius, Estelle obtained her degree in Podiatry from the University of Southampton in 2016. Following graduation, she worked within the National Health Service on the Isle of Wight for three years, where she gained extensive experience in the assessment, management, and treatment of a wide variety of foot and lower limb conditions.

In 2019, Estelle relocated with her husband Ian to Nova Scotia, where they have since established their practice and integrated into the Canadian lifestyle. Her professional focus is on helping individuals improve their mobility, function, and quality of life by addressing foot pain and related concerns. She is committed to providing evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s needs, with the goal of enabling them to walk comfortably and confidently.
In partnership with her husband, she is proud to offer a collaborative and holistic approach to treatment, combining their areas of expertise to support the overall health and wellbeing of their patients.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the outdoors through hiking and camping, as well as staying active in the community playing dodgeball. These activities not only reflect her love for an active lifestyle but also reinforce her dedication to helping others remain mobile and engaged in the activities they enjoy.

Ian McLean
Registered Massage Therapist
Before coming to Canada, Ian began his healthcare journey back home in the UK's National Health Service, where he spent several years working as part of a multidisciplinary team supporting patient recovery following orthopaedic surgery.
Collaborating closely with nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists, he developed an appreciation for how coordinated care, and human touch can transform a patient’s healing experience. These experiences shaped a lasting belief that recovery isn’t just about physical repair - it’s about helping people reconnect with their bodies and regain confidence in their own movement.

After moving to Nova Scotia in 2019, he enrolled in the 2200-hour massage program at the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy where he found the perfect blend of science and creativity, and graduated with honours in 2021.

Ian works within each patient’s comfort level, combining a mix of traditional massage techniques with movement to help release tension and ease pain. His background in rehabilitation brings a thoughtful, empathetic approach to his massage practice, blending technical skill with genuine compassion.
